We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/ Server to join our team in a vibrant dining environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and foods according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Assist with food service as needed, including serving food items during events or banquets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Experience in fine dining or food service environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of bartending techniques and cocktail recipes is essential.
• Proficiency in math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with catering services is a plus, as well as familiarity with banquet operations.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members alike.
