Bartender/Server

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems and relay orders promptly to kitchen staff.
• Provide attentive customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations.
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with food serving duties during busy periods.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to balance multiple tables or bar stations efficiently while delivering prompt service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments.
• Knowledge of POS systems and experience with cashiering and cash handling is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for sales transactions and retail math tasks.
• Experience working in retail food industry environments is a plus.

Pay: $21.30 - $25.66 per hour
