Churchill’s is a busy, authentic British pub in Nolensville with a strong local following, craft cocktails, and a well-curated beer list. We’re a 47-seat, high-turnover venue where great staff make serious money.

This is not a corporate chain—we run a tight, efficient team where everyone pulls their weight and earns accordingly.

The Role

We’re looking for a confident, fast, personality-driven bartender/server who can:

• Run a bar section independently
• Engage customers and build regulars
• Handle volume without losing service quality
• Upsell naturally (drinks, rounds, food)

This is a high-responsibility, high-reward role.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve high-quality drinks efficiently
• Deliver fast, friendly, and memorable service
• Manage your section and keep it tight and clean
• Control the pace of service during busy periods
• Work closely with kitchen and team to deliver smooth service
• Handle tabs, payments, and POS accurately

• Proven bartending/server experience (pub or high-volume preferred)
• Strong personality – you can talk to anyone
• Fast, organized, and calm under pressure
• Reliable — you show up and perform
• Team player (no egos, no passengers)
