The Carriage Wine & Market: Dauphin Island offers a wine-focused bar and bites menu, a thoughtfully curated bottle shop & specialty grocery market, gorgeous beach views, and all-around good times!

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints

Skills:
- Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail for accurately preparing drinks and garnishing them
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, brewing methods, and cocktail recipes
- Experience in the food industry, banquet, catering, or restaurant settings is preferred
