Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled, enthusiastic server and experienced bartender and server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent customer service skills.

We are hiring primarily to fill 2 server positions and only looking for a bartender for Saturday night.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Engage with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems for processing payments accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food service and alcohol serving.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and a focus on resolution.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.

Skills
- Previous experience in bartending or food service is required.
- Strong mathematical skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
