We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and offer recommendations based on preferences.
• Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
• Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food and beverage service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through cash register systems.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive dining experience for guests.

Skills

• Proficiency in using POS systems and cash registers for efficient transaction processing.
• Strong basic math skills for handling cash and calculating bills accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons.
• Experience in nightclub or bar settings is preferred, showcasing familiarity with high-energy environments.
• Knowledge of sales techniques to promote beverages and specials effectively.
• Background in hospitality or catering is a plus, enhancing overall guest experience.
• Competence in cash handling procedures to ensure accurate financial transactions.
• Bartending experience is essential, including knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques.
