Bartender/Server

Bird is the Word! We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Bartender/Server to join our team and help create exceptional experiences for our guests. At Bird, our bartenders and servers do more than take orders— keep the floor flowing, and jump in wherever help is needed. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the bar and dining room
• Welcome guests, take orders, and provide attentive, friendly service
• Assess guest needs and make recommendations
• Mix, garnish, and serve cocktails to Bird’s standards
• Verify guest IDs and comply with legal drinking age requirements
• Restock and organize bar and service areas throughout the shift
• Support servers and kitchen staff during busy times
• Deliver a guest-focused experience that exceeds expectations
• Assist with end-of-shift clean-up and closing duties

Requirements:

• Resume and proven bartending or serving experience
• Strong knowledge of classic and creative cocktails, garnishing, and serving techniques
• Ability to multitask effectively—comfortable bartending and serving when needed
• Positive attitude, strong communication, and guest service skills
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar or dining area during a fast-paced shift
• POS and basic computer literacy
• Relevant training certificate (ServSafe, TIPS, or equivalent)
• Second language skills are a plus
