Few & Far is a seasonal restaurant in Dedham focused on local farms, thoughtful drinks, and real hospitality.

We care a lot about where our food comes from, but we care just as much about how people feel when they’re here. Our goal is to be the kind of place that feels warm, comfortable, and down to earth — while still taking food, drinks, and service seriously.

We’re looking for a bartender/server with experience, good energy, and zero ego.

You should be able to move quickly, stay calm under pressure, and make guests feel genuinely welcome. A love of food, wine, cocktails, and seasonal menus is a big plus. More than anything, we’re looking for someone who likes taking care of people and works well as part of a team.

Ideal candidates have a few years of experience in a similar restaurant and are excited to keep learning — whether that’s about a new cocktail, a local farm, a wine on the list, or a dish that just hit the menu.

We’re a small team, and attitude matters. We want someone kind, curious, dependable, and hospitable.
