Bartender/Server

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, particularly in a nightclub or banquet setting, and possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing bar operations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and assistance as needed.
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using Aloha POS or similar systems.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations at all times.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and notifying management of shortages.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or busy periods.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes is a plus.
• Strong basic math skills for handling cash and making change accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.12 - $19.32 per hour
