Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders with enthusiasm and efficiency
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty beverages using POS system
  • Ensure all food and alcohol handling and safety standards are strictly followed to maintain cleanliness and compliance
  • Maintain a clean work space and regular cleaning throughout the restaurant
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items to ensure an excellent guest experience

Qualifications

  • Experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry is a plus, however willing to train the right candidate
  • Skill to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
  • South Carolina approved Alcohol Server Training Certification required within 30 days of employment
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and sales transactions
  • Must be 21 years or older with the ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including nights and weekends
