Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to engage with customers and create memorable experiences will be key to your success in this role.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments.
• Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction with their experience.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary.
• Adhere to food safety protocols and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events or special functions as needed.
• Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and bar operations.

Experience

• Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math skills is essential for managing transactions effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service are crucial for this role.
