At Bacchus Bar & Bistro, we bring a modern, elevated twist to classic bistro dining with a strong focus on great food, thoughtful cocktails, and genuine hospitality. We’re looking for a Bartender/Server who enjoys connecting with people just as much as crafting a great drink or delivering a memorable dining experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Crafting cocktails, pouring wine, and serving beverages with consistency and care
• Taking orders, guiding guests through the menu, and making thoughtful recommendations
• Creating a welcoming, upbeat experience for every guest at the bar and tables
• Keeping the bar and service areas clean, organized, and ready for service
• Handling transactions accurately and efficiently
• Working closely with the kitchen to keep food and drink service flowing smoothly
• Maintaining a safe, responsible service environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bartending and serving experience
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Comfort with POS systems (Aloha or similar is a plus)
• Solid communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail, from cocktails to closing tabs

Schedule

• Weekday lunch shifts required
• Weekend brunch availability is a must
