Duties

• Follows recipes to execute beverages
• Bartenders are required to have serving shifts
• Servers have opportunity to cross-train as bartenders - performance based.
• Maintains up to date knowledge of food and beverage menu items
• Suggestive sell through product knowledge
• Proficiency to process orders through POS
• Provides outstanding service to guests
• Secures accurate payment
• Fosters teamwork
• Executes side works
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders
• Ability to adapt and pivot throughout the shift to be aligned with operational needs
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations in compliance with local health codes.
• Assist with duties assigned by M.O.D.

Qualifications

• Omotenashi
• Japanese Cuisine preferred.
• 2- 3 years of full-service restaurant.
• Min. 4 shifts availability between lunch / dinner and weekday / weekend
• Strong knowledge of food and spirits.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
• Operates with sense of urgency
• Ability to provide outstanding guest services while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
