Toby’s Tavern is a historic waterfront pub located in the heart of Coupeville, WA. Known for our Penn Cove mussels, seafood favorites, local brews, and friendly small-town atmosphere, we’ve been welcoming locals and visitors alike for generations.

We’re looking for a Bartender/Server who brings positive energy, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality to our team. If you thrive in a lively pub environment and enjoy connecting with customers, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent, friendly service to guests in a fast-paced tavern setting.
• Pour and serve drinks (draft beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages).
• Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver promptly.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate tabs.
• Keep bar and service areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Support teammates with bussing, restocking, and customer needs.
• Follow health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending and/or serving experience required.
• Must be 21+ and hold a valid Washington State MAST permit and Food Handler’s card (or be able to obtain).
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to handle a busy service environment.
• Friendly attitude with a focus on creating a welcoming guest experience.
