Bartender/Server

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service, bartending, or related field
- Proficiency in retail math for handling payments and making change
- Strong sales skills to upsell drinks and promote specials
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality service
- Familiarity with catering services is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Understanding of basic restaurant operations and customer service principles
