Bartender / Server VUE Wine Bar | Hourly + Tips At VUE Wine Bar, we believe great service is just as important as great wine. With an award-worthy collection of 200+ wines from around the world, a full craft cocktail program, and thoughtfully curated small bites, we create an elevated yet approachable experience for every guest. We are seeking an energetic, personable, and professional Bartender/Server to join our team. At VUE, all front-of-house team members are cross-trained to provide seamless bar and table service, creating memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, wine-focused environment. This is an hourly position plus tips with opportunities to expand your wine, cocktail, and hospitality knowledge while working alongside a passionate team. What You’ll Do Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests at both the bar and tables Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to presentation Guide guests through our extensive wine list of 200+ selections, offering recommendations based on taste preferences and food pairings Serve curated pre-packaged and catered food offerings while ensuring presentation and quality standards Accurately enter orders, process payments, and manage guest tabs using our POS system Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and service area throughout each shift Monitor guest alcohol consumption and uphold responsible alcohol service standards Assist with wine dinners, tastings, private events, and special hospitality experiences Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth, efficient service during busy evenings What We’re Looking For Previous bartending, serving, or hospitality experience preferred A genuine passion for wine, cocktails, and creating exceptional guest experiences Confidence in engaging with guests and making personalized beverage recommendations Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills Basic cash handling and POS experience Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events Wine knowledge is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate who is eager to learn Why Join VUE?
