Bartender/Server

Local Family Business seeking an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest dining and drinking experience. Bartenders and servers are expected to be able to create a fun and memorable experience for local guests. Service should exceed customers’ needs and expectations. Lots of opportunities for creative freedom and growth within.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming enviorment for restaurant & bar guests
• Interact with customers, take orders, prepare drinks for service and guest patrons
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations on the menu food and beverage wise.
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Duties and responsibilities of a Bartender:

Bartenders and Servers should be energetic, confident while ensuring a strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages and practice good time management skills. They must be able to work quickly, in fast-paced environments and methodically. Our Bartenders and servers work directly with customers by mixing and serving drink orders. Their responsibilities include verifying age requirements, knowing alcohol pairing and tastes, knowing how to make traditional and classy drinks, processing payments, managing inventory and cleaning bar supplies. They also handle food orders directly from customers or the wait staff and inform customers of any specials. Providing suggestions and offering insight to the dining menu. They ensure food and beverage compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $10.98 - $31.04 per hour
