Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Manage the cash register, process payments accurately, and handle cash transactions responsibly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
• Assist in catering events as required, ensuring that all beverage needs are met efficiently.
• Utilize Aloha POS system for order entry and payment processing.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks during peak hours while maintaining quality service.

Skills

• Proven bartending experience with a strong understanding of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for guests.
• Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a high-energy environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs accurately.
• Experience with cash registers and point-of-sale systems, particularly Aloha POS is preferred.
• Knowledge of sales techniques to promote drink specials or upsell menu items is a plus.
• A background in hospitality or catering can enhance your candidacy, especially in nightclub settings.
