Bartender/Server

• Overview

Join Corner Bar's friendly team as a Bartender/Server! In this position you will be using your customer service experience and food and beverage knowledge. This position offers an opportunity to meet new people and show off your hospitality skills while working in a fast-paced, rewarding atmosphere.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using a POS system.
• Making sure all customers have a positive experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently.
• Communicate with other team members to manage busy service periods.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or bartending preferred.
• Knowledge of POS systems a plus but will train new employees.
• Ability to prioritize tasks during high-volume service times.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and bill splitting.
