Bartender/Server

We are seeking an experienced bartender who is organized, personable, and excited to create a welcoming, elevated guest experience through thoughtful service and drink preparation.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Availability during Flint & Vine operating days (Tuesday–Saturday); individual schedules will vary
• Ability to work approximately 10–15 hours per week in the afternoon/evening
• Pay based on experience, with opportunity for increases as skills develop
• Previous bartending experience required
• Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Interest in wine and willingness to learn about Kansas wines and menu offerings (training provided).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $8.00 per hour
