Bartender/Server

Fred’s of Roscommon is looking for a hard-working, reliable Bartender/Server to join our fast-paced, energetic team. Experience is preferred but not required — we’re happy to train the right person who has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude

• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

• Maintain a clean, organized bar and service area

• Handle cash and POS transactions responsibly

• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff

• Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines

• Provide excellent customer service in a high-volume setting

Qualifications

• Bartending or serving experience preferred but not required

• Must be reliable, punctual, and motivated

• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy atmosphere

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

• Must meet state requirements for alcohol service (or be willing to obtain certification)
