We are seeking an enthusiastic <strong>Bartender</strong> to join our team at The Bear Brick in Little Valley, NY. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests while contributing to our lively atmosphere.
<strong>Responsibilities</strong>

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and responding to their needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Promote special drinks or events to enhance customer experience.

<strong>Qualifications</strong> * Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role in the food industry

• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha, Micros) is preferred
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
