Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and deliver prompt, friendly service.
  • Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations, upsell menu items, and enhance their overall experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards.
  • Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments with accuracy.
  • Assist with event setups such as banquets or catering functions, ensuring smooth service during busy nights or special occasions.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently.
  • Experience with catering or banquet service is advantageous; familiarity with brewing or hospitality industry standards is beneficial.
  • Must be at least 18 years old with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed. This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about hospitality who want to grow their career while creating enjoyable experiences for every guest!

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
