Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in fine dining or nightclub settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Operate POS systems for order processing and payment transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and handling regulations.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and making recommendations based on their preferences.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Assist with banquet service or catering events as needed, ensuring all guests are satisfied.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable.
• Stay updated on beverage trends, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A passion for the food industry and hospitality is highly valued.
