Bartender/Server

Job Summary:

We are seeking Servers and Bartenders to join our team. As a Server or Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your role will involve preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

Duties:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses

- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system

- Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide information about menu items

- Adhere to all food handling and safety guidelines

- Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication

- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

Skills:

- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods

- Proficiency in using cash registers or POS systems for accurate cash handling

- Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology

- Familiarity with brewing methods and beer styles is a plus

- Ability to handle food safely according to health regulations

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly manner

- Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials

Requirements:

- Must be at least 21 years of age.

- Previous experience as a Bartender is preferred but not required

- Must have knowledge of laws and regulations related to serving alcohol responsibly

-Must have weekend availability.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.16 - $23.07 per hour
