Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Take accurate orders from guests using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and friendly service.
• Serve food items promptly and professionally, maintaining food safety and handling protocols at all times.
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately while processing transactions swiftly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards.
• Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub service as needed to ensure seamless operations across different settings.
• Collaborate with team members to manage busy shifts efficiently through effective time management skills.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and monitor guest consumption to promote a safe environment.

Experience

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
• Experience working in nightlife venues like nightclubs or catering for events such as banquets enhances your suitability for this role.
• Familiarity with food safety practices, basic math for cash handling and retail math skills for transactions.
• Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail.
