Bartender/Server

Overview
Arcadia is looking to hire a bartender and/or server. We opened in 2016 and closed in 2024 from a fire in the building. We recently reopened in a brand new expanded 80 seat location. We offer a variety of items and dinners made from scratch out of our new state of the art kitchen. Currently availability on weekends is a must. We offer a selection of constantly rotating craft beer, wine and cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options
• Take accurate food and drink orders using TOAST POS.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, prior use of TOAST POS is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests.
• TIPS Certification is required.
• Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours.
