Puma Yu's is an intimate & lively restaurant focusing on southeast-asian flavors, natural wines & craft cocktails. We are fast-paced but precise, with a seating capacity of 65 between our indoor dining room and covered patio. In our four years open, we have implemented a cohesive, streamlined team environment by paying every employee the same hourly; tips will be split evenly among front and back of house, with a starting hourly base pay of $10 and a 20% automatic service charge implemented to every customers' ticket. The owners, who have worked in the service industry in Athens for a combined amount of 13 years, have built Puma Yu's on seasonal menus, creative cocktails, and a well thought-out wine program. Puma Yu's focuses on educating the staff on our aforementioned pillars, and concentrate on giving customers exemplary service.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, multitasking Bartender. The Bartender will work behind the bar and also prep everything needed for the cocktail menu. You must be able to work for extended periods of time on your feet, keep calm and focused in a fast-paced environment, and be knowledgable of everything we carry in our beverage inventory. You also must be willing to adapt to our specific requirements of service and, if necessary, engage in additional education about wine & cocktails outside of work.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
