Bartender at The Brewer's Lounge

Bartenders are responsible for creating guests’ first & lasting impressions throughout their drinking and dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Work in a teamwork atmosphere to provide customer service that molds to Pigeon Hill brand standards
• Possess strong people and communication skills
• Make drink & food recommendations, use up-selling techniques
• Verify ID and age requirements of customers
• Prepare and serve drinks & food
• Open and maintain tabs throughout the shift
• Verify & record cash drawers & deposits
• Keep the bar and restaurant clean & organized
• Maintain a professional and calm demeanor when dealing with high- stress & difficult situations
• Prioritize responsibilities through multi-tasking
• Basic knowledge of alcohol is a plus but will train
• Must be able to stand for long hours in a fast-paced setting
• Must be TIPS/TAM certified within 60 days of hire
• Position may require heavy lifting and moving of kegs at times
• Snack preparation and food service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
