In this role, you will blend the art of mixology by following specific drink recipes, serve delectable food and beverages, and foster engaging relationships with guests in a lively casino environment. This position requires a person who is interested in a team work environment, drug free, and is driven to provide high quality customer service, with the ability to multitask. This position will be day and night positions and will also at times have to travel to our sister bar in Ballantine if needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair.
• Take food and drink orders efficiently using POS systems such as Genius POS, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests professionally, addressing their needs promptly, and creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage cash handling duties accurately, including cashiering and processing payments while maintaining accountability for all transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in compliance with health regulations; handle food with care during service.
• Foster relationships with casino guests by offering personalized attention, promoting casino amenities, and encouraging repeat visits.
• Assist in event setups such as banquets or catering functions when needed, ensuring smooth operations in both nightclub and hospitality settings.

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems like Genius POS for order entry and transaction processing.
• Strong time management skills to juggle multiple tables or tasks efficiently during busy shifts.
• Excellent customer service abilities to create positive guest experiences in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in fine dining or food industry settings, including serving food and beverages with professionalism.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety.
• Background in nightclub or banquet environments enhances your ability to adapt quickly to energetic atmospheres.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math calculations, and managing tabs or bills confidently.
