Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or catering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, taking orders and offering recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events or catering services as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of POS systems for order processing and payment handling.
• Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Certification in food handling or alcohol service is an advantage.
