Bartender/Server (Morning/Afternoon)

A Little About Us:
Welcome to Irie Vybz, the ultimate poolside hangout at Flamboyant on the Bay Resort! We serve up delicious local dishes, refreshing drinks, and plenty of good vibes in a laid-back Caribbean atmosphere. We’re looking for friendly, energetic team members to help keep the party going during our morning and afternoon shifts.

What You’ll Be Doing:

-Greet guests with a smile and make them feel right at home
-Take food and drink orders accurately and share your menu favorites
-Serve refreshing cocktails, cold beers, and tropical drinks with flair
-Deliver food and beverages promptly, checking in to keep guests smiling
-Keep the bar, dining, and poolside areas clean, organized, and ready for fun
-Set up and reset tables, making sure every guest has a perfect spot
-Handle cash and process payments smoothly
-Restock and prep stations so service always flows
-Communicate with your team and kitchen to keep things running irie
-Follow safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

-Experience in bartending or serving is a plus, but a great attitude is a must
-Friendly, outgoing, and ready to make every guest’s day brighter
-Ability to multitask and keep cool during busy shifts
-Dependable and punctual – we count on our team!
-Available for mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of classic cocktails and bar basics is a bonus
