Bartender/Server - PM & Weekends

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role
- Knowledge of mixing drinks and cocktail recipes
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Skills:

- Spot On POS system knowledge is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Experience with banquet or catering events is beneficial
