Overview
X-Golf Kennewick is seeking skilled and enthusiastic bartenders/servers to join our dynamic team in our state-of-the-art indoor golf environment. As the primary point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and an enjoyable guest experience. Our motto is to have every guest leave happier than when they came into our facility.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly
• Manage golf simulator reservations
• Answer phone calls and assist with various inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operations
• Serving food and drinks accurately and efficiently
• General facility cleaning (mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, etc.)
• Oversight of golf simulators and the overall X-Golf experience

What makes a great job candidate?

• Prior background in high-end bar/lounge or restaurant (preferred)
• Individuals who have high energy and exhibit a positive attitude on a daily basis
• Flexible work schedule (e.g. can work various opening, mid, and/or closing shifts)
• Experience in customer-facing services, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
• Proficiency in POS systems (Square POS is a plus)
• Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on our golf simulators
• Ability to multitask and prioritize food and drink requests during peak times
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and the X-Golf team
• Extremely reliable and able to work independently when needed
• Background knowledge of golf and a love for the game!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.13 - $40.00 per hour
