Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Engage with customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing orders and payments efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods, including banquet and catering events.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies, report shortages, and assist in restocking as needed.
• Uphold high standards of customer service in a nightclub or fine dining setting.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending or food service is preferred.
• Knowledge of mixology techniques and cocktail recipes.
• Familiarity with POS systems for order processing.
• Strong understanding of food safety practices.
• Excellent sales skills to promote beverages effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Experience in banquet or catering services is a plus.
