Pine Lake Grill – Seasonal Bartender / Server / Cook

Pine Lake Grill is seeking an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Bartender / Server / Cook to provide an excellent guest experience through food preparation, beverage service, and exceptional hospitality. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively multitask while maintaining high standards for service, food quality, and cleanliness.

This is a seasonal position operating from Memorial Day through Labor Day, with scheduling based on business needs and guest demand. Pay is hourly rate plus tips.

Responsibilities:

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and cook grill and snack menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Deliver food and beverages while providing excellent customer service
• Handle cash and credit card transactions and accurately close out registers
• Assist with food preparation and food handling in accordance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, bar, prep areas, and workstations
• Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and closing out registers
• Work closely with the Hospitality Coordinator to ensure smooth daily operations
• Manage time effectively during busy periods and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Monitor food quality and presentation standards
• Assist with stocking supplies and inventory as needed
• Create a positive, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for guests

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must possess an ABLE license or be willing to obtain one
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions
• Knowledge of food preparation and food safety standards preferred
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Previous bartending, serving, or kitchen experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude

Pay: From $8.00 per hour
