We’re looking for an energetic and dependable team member to join us as a Bartender/Server/Food Prep/cook! This flexible role is designed for someone who can confidently handle the flow of service on their own during slower periods or work alongside another team member during busier times. If you love creating a great experience for guests and enjoy a little variety in your workday, this is the place for you!

About Us:
We’re not your typical bar or restaurant — we’re a laid-back gathering spot where people come to play games like sand volleyball and cornhole, enjoy live music at our outdoor amphitheater, and relax with good food and drinks. We’re located in beautiful downtown Westcliffe, surrounded by mountain views and a vibrant local community.

Position Highlights:

• Prepare and serve drinks, take food orders, and handle food prep tasks
• Provide friendly, attentive service to all guests
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Work independently or as part of a team depending on the day's needs
• Assist with setup, restocking, and closing duties as needed
• Support special events and private parties outside normal hours when scheduled

Requirements:

• Must be dependable, trustworthy, and able to pass a background check
• Previous bartending, serving, or kitchen experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to a fast-changing environment
• A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Must be 18+ years old

Compensation:

• Starting at minimum wage ($14.42/hour) + tips.
• Pay based on experience and role during each shift

Hours:

• Thursday: 4 PM – 11 PM
• Friday & Saturday: 11 AM – 11 PM
• Sunday: 10 AM – 10 PM
• Additional hours may be available for special events
