<Responsibilities>

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently with cash handling skills
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management and prioritization
• Assist in setting up banquet events or catering functions, ensuring all food safety protocols are followed during food handling and serving
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience in both fine dining and nightclub environments

<Qualifications>

• Proven experience as a bartender or server in a restaurant, fine dining establishment, nightclub, or banquet setting
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that enhances guest interactions
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to manage time effectively in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with legal regulations
• Bonus: Catering or banquet experience; brewing knowledge; retail math skills; previous work in the food industry or hospitality sector
