Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as TOAST POS.
• Take food and drink orders with precision, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their dining experience and promote sales.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, basic math calculations, and processing payments accurately.
• Restock supplies regularly to ensure the bar is fully equipped for service during busy hours.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate catering, banquet events, or nightclub service as needed.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially within fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally.
• Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to perform retail math and basic math calculations quickly for cash handling and sales transactions.
