Bartender/Wait Staff

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery to guests in diverse settings including fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet events.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist in catering events or banquet setups when needed, supporting food service operations across different venues.
  • Uphold responsible alcohol service practices, monitor guest consumption, and ensure compliance with all food safety regulations.

Skills

  • Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours.
  • Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences.
  • Experience in fine dining environments or nightclubs is highly desirable; banquet experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and retail math calculations.
  • Familiarity with the food industry’s standards for hospitality, brewing processes (if applicable), and catering operations. This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about delivering outstanding service in energetic settings!

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
