Bartender/Waitress

Pani Agua is your new go-to destination for bold American and Latin food, smooth hookah, and fresh, handcrafted mojitos—and we’re looking for skilled and outgoing bartenders to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Craft cocktails, mojitos, and specialty drinks with consistency and flair
• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, upbeat manner
• Manage bar inventory and restock as needed
• Handle cash and card transactions using POS systems
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Follow safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior bartending experience (especially in a lounge or high-volume bar)
• Ability to mix a variety of cocktails quickly and accurately
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must be 21+ with valid ID
• Bilingual (preferred: English and Spanish)
• Team player with a positive, outgoing attitude
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
