Bartender/Waitress

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bartending and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will be responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to recipes or customer preferences while ensuring compliance with all food safety and alcohol regulations.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
• Stay updated on drink trends, new products, and menu changes.
• Uphold all health and safety regulations, including food safety practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bartender or willing to be trained.
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient in math for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with food safety standards is essential.
• A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

Would be a variety of different days, but Mainly Saturday Day shift 10AM-5PM Or Sundays 3-9PM

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $6.00 - $8.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
