We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your ability to engage with customers and provide excellent service will be key to your success in this role.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked.
• Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist in catering events as needed, providing exceptional service to guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred.
• Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
• Familiarity with POS systems for order processing.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
• Understanding of food safety practices is essential.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.46 per hour
