Since we have a Tavern liquor license , you must be 21+ in order to apply.

3-4 shifts a week.

Any specific shifts needed (days/nights/weekends/lunch): Weekends, nights (some shifts until 2am). This position will focus mostly on bartending, but there will be a few waitstaff shifts as well.

We're looking for someone with the understanding that the schedule may vary week to week.

William Oliver's Publick House Lafayette is looking for cheerful, hard-working, and whiskey and craft beer loving individuals to join our team.

Whiskey knowledge preferred, but we will train the right candidate. Ideally someone with at least 1-year of bartending experience.

Applicants must be 21 years (or older).

About us

We serve beer exclusively made in Colorado (most of our taps feature beer brewed within 20 miles of the pub), spirits crafted in Colorado, and whiskey from all over the world.

Our menu is what you might call bacon-centric. We hand-cut thick slices of applewood smoked bacon and use it liberally on nearly everything. Wish you had more bacon? No problem, you can add bacon to everything on the menu. Including cocktails!

If you aren't a meat-eater don't worry, we've still got you covered. We have several vegetarian and vegan options. Including our vegetarian red-bean chili made from scratch using an old family recipe.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.14 per hour

Expected hours: 23 – 27 per week
