Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks
• Provide attentive table service for food and drinks in both bar and dining settings, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
• Manage bottle service sections by greeting guests, presenting bottle menus, pouring drinks professionally, and maintaining a fun high-energy atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming environment; upsell beverages and promote specials to maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service

Experience

• Previous experience working in nightclubs or cocktail lounges is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability in customer service roles within the food industry; excellent communication skills are a must.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling practices to ensure guest safety.
• Experience with retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions.
• Background in hospitality or beverage service roles that involve serving alcohol responsibly in fast-paced environments like nightclubs is advantageous.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
