Quonset Tavern By The Green is seeking experienced Waitresses and Bartenders to join our team for the upcoming season.

Positions Available:

• Seasonal (April–November)
• Opportunity for permanent year-round employment as the season slows down

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a busy restaurant or bar setting
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Professional, friendly, and reliable attitude

Important Note:
At Quonset Tavern, teamwork is essential. All bartenders are also expected to serve tables when needed. This is not a position limited to working behind the bar — flexibility to perform both roles is required to ensure smooth service and a great guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service
• Serve guests both at the bar and in the dining area
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
