Overview
We are seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our construction team as a Batch Plant Laboratory Aide / Technician.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform basic laboratory testing for concrete, aggregates, and construction materials
• Collect and prepare samples from the batch plant and project sites
• Assist in monitoring concrete quality and mix consistency
• Record test results accurately and maintain laboratory reports
• Clean, maintain, and organize laboratory equipment and work areas
• Support quality control operations and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards

Qualifications:

• At least college-level; graduates or undergraduates of any course are welcome to apply
• Experience in construction materials testing or batch plant operations is preferred
• Knowledge of concrete testing procedures is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to undergo training
• A valid driver’s license is a plus
