Batching Plant Operator (Ready Mix Concrete)

We are looking for an experienced Batching Plant Operator to operate and control Ready Mix Concrete batching plant operations. The candidate will ensure accurate batching, consistent concrete quality, smooth production, and safe plant operations as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor batching plant control systems (PLC/Computerized systems)
• Ensure accurate batching of cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures as per approved mix designs
• Coordinate with QC, dispatch, and site teams for concrete production schedules
• Monitor plant performance, cycle times, and production output
• Maintain daily production records, batch reports, and material consumption logs
• Ensure proper moisture correction and material calibration
• Identify and report plant malfunctions or breakdowns
• Follow safety procedures and plant operating guidelines
• Support QC team during inspections, trials, and audits
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of batching plant area
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards

Requirements:

• High school / ITI / technical certificate
• 3–8 years experience as a Batching Plant Operator in Ready Mix Concrete
• Hands-on experience with computerized batching plants preferred
• Good knowledge of concrete mix designs and production process
• Ability to read and understand batch reports and production data
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in shifts
• UAE/GCC experience preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
