Batching Plant Supervisor (Ready Mix Concrete)

We are seeking an experienced Batching Plant Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Ready Mix Concrete batching plant. The candidate will be responsible for managing plant production, manpower, quality coordination, safety compliance, and ensuring uninterrupted concrete supply to project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day batching plant operations and concrete production

• Coordinate with QC, dispatch, maintenance, and transport teams

• Ensure concrete production as per approved mix designs and project requirements

• Monitor batching accuracy, plant performance, and output targets

• Manage plant operators, helpers, and shift schedules

• Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and housekeeping of plant equipment

• Monitor raw material stock levels and coordinate with store/procurement

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards

• Handle production issues, delays, and emergency situations

• Maintain daily production, consumption, and dispatch reports

• Support audits, inspections, and client visits

• Ensure safe working practices and plant discipline

Requirements:

• 5–10 years experience in Ready Mix Concrete batching plant operations

• Previous experience as Batching Plant Supervisor or Senior Operator preferred

• Strong knowledge of concrete production, batching systems, and plant equipment

• Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills

• Ability to manage manpower and shifts

• UAE/GCC experience preferred

• Immediate joiners preferred
