We are seeking a dynamic and creative Bath and Kitchen Designer to join our innovative design team. In this role, you will transform clients’ visions into stunning, functional spaces by combining your expertise in interior design, cabinetry, lighting, and renovation. Your enthusiasm for design, attention to detail, and project management skills will drive the success of each project from concept to completion. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse remodeling projects, collaborate with clients and contractors, and showcase your technical proficiency with industry-leading software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for bathroom and kitchen renovations
• Develop detailed design concepts using modern design software. 2020/Revit/CAD/KCD or any other software you're familiar with that can paint a clear picture of the project.
• Prepare comprehensive project proposals including scope of work, materials selection, lighting design, and cost estimates
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure seamless execution of remodeling projects while managing timelines and budgets
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, fixtures, and lighting solutions based on color theory principles and current trends
• Oversee project progress through drafting, site visits, and quality control to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently

Experience

• Proven experience in interior design with a focus on kitchen and bathroom remodeling or renovation projects
• Have strong customer service/sales skills
• Proficiency in software related to remodeling
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with contractors on renovation or remodeling projects from initial concept through construction completion
• Excellent communication skills to present ideas clearly to clients and collaborate effectively with team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
